She defo won't do that coz she's too mahaan but they can still make it look accidental meaning tejo didn't do it on purpose.

She left kitchen stove on while cooking at sandhus deep in thoughts and sad that now fateh is upset for his brother's death and jasmin who happily gets an entry into virks by being bechari comes to sandhus to taunt them saying nasty things

Tejo left for college

No one at home when jasmin walks in and then

Big blast in Sandhus with jasmin barbequed.

Accidental death due to tejo forgetting to switch off the stove . Gas leakage happened.

Jasmin boards a train to heaven

So this will happen tomorrow means before Amrik dies. So, Amrik is dying indeed. The climax at the cemetery comes after this scene. However, a song sequence makes zero sense with the storyline. Anki looks cute though!
