Maine jitne bhi Sarabhai ke episodes dekhe hai usse ye pata chala hai ki sirf Monisha shaadi ke baad khud ko change nahi ki par Maya bhi ki hai. In fact usse jyaada.
1. Monisha changed her dressing from salwar suit with long braid to western clothes with normal length open hair.
Maya who wore short dresses before marriage started wearing Gujrati style ulta palla saree with hair bun(as per some flashbacks) aur sasur ke saamne to saas usse sir pe palla bhi lene ko bolti thi(as per Monisha possessed drama episode). Vo bahot baad me she started wearing stylish saree and blouses with open hair.
2. Maya ki saas or dadi saas to use bahot taane deti thi. Dadi saas starting me shaadi ke khilaaf aur vo to jhoothi pregnancy ke vajah se Maan gayi. Saas to usse apne pair bhi dabvaati thi.
But Maya apart from regular taane don't make Monisha do anything. In one episode, she even gave her expensive jewellery set as she thought she will die when she could easily give it that also to her daughter. Vo alag baat ki bhavishyavaani jhoot nikalne par vapas le li ye bolkar ki pehle iske laayak kapdo lo. She tolerated Monisha a lot even after her weird antics. Agar koi daily soap saas hoti to use har hafte ghar se baahar nikaalti.

about dressing sense of maya nd all, sarabhai came out in 2002, so maya ka shadi k baad dress change can be thought as an itv change tbh(infact hamne sirf ek do epi flashbacks hi dekha h so we dont know how regularly maya used to dress nd behave), but still sarabhai was way way ahead of their time, sad they dont make such shows now
abhi abhi yaad aaya as a child, itv had a big impact on my 4-5 year old psyche
my mum doesn't watch any shows now, but back then, nd with my nani, she used to watch, colors, star, zee nd all, by the time i was 8-9 she shifted to sab tv with FIR nd stuff
but back then, due to seeing these tropes, I remember thinking that woman cannot wear modern dresses, nd maybe even that people that wear them are bad people, woman that do makeup are bad people, nd only men go to work after marriage, women do not
idk what i thought of balika vadhu back then, or what I thought looking at it about child marriage being good or bad, but I liked to dress like her nd stuff, nd my mum said I tried following the karvachauth rituals nd all😂😂

Woori The Virgin is terrible dude.Its cinematography is the worst and very low budget.Maximum shows ka first episode boring hota hai I agree but iska cinematography ki wajah se I don't think it will improve.The storyline also doesn't looks good.The storyline seems to be messy and disjoint.Koyi bhi funny scene nahi tha, tha bhi toh it looks forced comedy.This looks more like a melodrama than a rom-com.I liked the SML more than the ML's character.The ML's character doesn't have depth and looks very terrible & annoying.Rapael in JTV was an iconic and popular character but in WTV it is terrible maybe becoz of the actor yaa storyline yaa character.The last scene of first epi of WTV where all the characters met for the movie interview was very cringey especially the melodramatic Woori's father and mother meeting after many years.Woori's character is also not exciting and interesting.I found her character to be common which I saw in other kdramas FL character and not different like Jane .If you compare both the original(Hdrama)and this korea remake the original show is 100 times more better.I hated the first episode.
