As people who like the pair we get agitated by such news . From vankars point of view, may be it is creativity. From channels point of view it is money 💰. But sometimes money takes back seat if the content is good! Vankar in all his interviews said ghum follows KD arc, they know the story etc. he always said he likes sai character the best. So I think he will not take away the essence of KD. Nor Sai’s.

But if he introduces surrogacy which has no logic, then it is digging his own grave. I will still watch it to see how he will fit it in. I m not able to see it happening without small leaps :)

And sai asking Pakhi to be surrogate is ridiculous. At that point he is compromising his favorite character.

I don’t know may be I m talking naive. But I don’t want to come into conclusion without seeing what is in store.

Like I was saying other day , for the TRP audience this might be a different twist which will interest them . I didn’t watch single clip of Vankar other show but now I got interested after ML’s marriage. If I was a viewers of the show like ghum I would be frustrated to see them spoil the story but as general audience I am curious and don’t give much thought to whether it fits the characterization or not . Similarly, in PS show I was bored to death when they were having the most hyped Shiva Raavi tracks . I stopped watching and started again seeing the recent family drama . If you visit their forum , fans want Shiva Raavi track but as a general audience I didn’t find it interesting . So end of the day they will choose to increase viewership , keep general audience hooked to the show . Emotional attached fans are few in number .

Don’t you know that Rajan Shahi’s Yeh Rishta hai Pyar ki tanked cos of bringing surrogacy track? They have to end the show ultimately.

So if you think it is a business idea it is wrong. No.

It is crystal clear now that this track is brought to make the third wheel relevant.

There is this talk going on twitter that the smart Jodi elimination happened with a deal that this track will be brought in to make Aiswarya get more screen space.

I wonder what made Vsnkar take up this flop track since Aiswarya is unanimously hated on screen and off screen.

No one is interested to watch her hopeless acting for more time. Then why is Vankar ruining his own show?

His love for his friend dominated his sensibilities?

Now he will throw more Virat Pakhi scenes on audience and there ends the success streak of Ghum

It’s a business for the channel and Ph whether it’s going work or not is different issue . It’s a risk that they are taking . I can’t comment whether it’s going to work or not but I was giving an example on how general audiences vs emotionally invested audience think . I am in latter category for ghum but for others shows i am in former category so the track I look for each show is completely different. I hope you got what I was trying to say . It was one of the worst tracks of YRHPK and I get similar feeling for ghum too but Vankar seems to be think differently. They should have gone DABH way which was more successful than the surrogate tracks

I saw so many rumors floating around but honestly none of them are backed by evidences so I refuse to believe it . Honestly, I don’t believe actors have a say in these matters . I understand the dislike for certain actors who are married in real life but trolling them and spreading hate based on assumptions is not right . It’s like no matter what happens they are responsible. Fans are hurt and I understand but linking everything and blaming them is something I cannot do so unless people have some solid evidence . Fans needs to realize by doing that they are coming across as haters and their opinion will be ignored thinking it’s usually trolling . By holding right people like creative director might make a difference.

Regarding SJ people might not be aware that the show was for 14 weeks and it was mentioned in the first episode itself . There are three episodes left in the show and from Aishwarya’s post she is seen in three different outfits on SJ sets so it means she shot for 3 episodes ( unless they show her as a guest which is unlikely) . Even if they are eliminated it might be on finale which means they didn’t win the show but was there till the end . We all know the show winners are pre decided .Moreover in IF article it says after Ankit and Pallavi , Neil Aishwarya will be eliminated but after Ankit it was different couple who got elongated so I am not sure how true it is . So this deal thing doesn’t fit in for me . Star plus is not some small channel which can be blackmailed by small actors . Neil realizes how important this show is to him so he won’t rub the channel in a wrong way .

I think it’s Vankar’s business call and I don’t believe Aishwarya is such a big star to make PH and channel dance on her tunes . If she was then by now we would have seen tracks focusing on her alone. She would be the lead of the show not the third lead . The show was mostly about Sairat and Vankar claims to love Sai the most .

I am sure you know this RS was not interested to cast Shaheer as YRHPK lead but only did when the channel insisted . He didn’t even give auditions . Only after working with him RS grew so fond of Shaheer that he offered his other show . The point I am highlighting is no one can overrule the channel’s decision . If a successful producer like RS has to bow down before star then ghum PH is nothing in front of them .

I wish Neil was this powerful like people claim . I would have got an opportunity to see the tracks I always wanted to in ghum . Neil always preferred GC Virat and was excited about mission and action sequences . How I wish he had to say we would Atleast get one proper track focusing on Virat the IPS officer .

Channel’s decision is the ultimate one . If they think this track will not work they will ask the PH to scrap it . Unless channel approves PH cannot roll out this track . Channel before making the call will focus on TRP numbers and money .
