Kachaloo Korma/Qorma (Potato wedges cooked with tomato base sauce+ mild spices and herbs garnished with coriander). Eat this with bread, fresh chili and squeeze a bit lemon. YUM.

Sabzi (You know what this is)

All gravy dishes can be eaten with Afghan bread or with chalaw (white rice) or palao.

Q on Kachaloo Korma - Does it contain potato or yam? Asking as in India (small) yam is called kachaloo or arbi(literally Arabian, so I'm guessing it came to India via Arabian lands).

NY definitely has a bunch of famous pizza joints. What's your favorite? Do you mean the deep dish pizza?

Deep dish is Chicago speciality.. NYC is more about thin crust.

My favourite is wood fired pizza.. Neapolitan style.

I know that deep dish comes from Chicago but I wasn't sure what kinda pizza you were talking about. I love thin crust pizzas too and for once, I can say that SF has some amazing pizza places too that take you straight to Italy with just one bite! 🙌
