My understanding is

Akshara +Naitik = Naira and Naksh

Naira+ Karthik = kairav,akshara(her grandmoms name)

Sirath+ Karthik= why its arohi?

Also, Naira and Kartiks first child (the daughter that went missing and might’ve returned as Krishna but is missing again) was also named Kaira, adding to that tradition.

idk, kartik chose the name Aarohi but I don’t remember his reasoning. According to Google Aarohi means musical tune or ascending/evolving. Which is odd considering Akshu’s the musician. Also, Akshara's name means Goddess Saraswati and She is the symbol of books alongside music. Arohi's love for books and knowledge is the blessings of Goddess Saraswati (saw this theory on Insta). They're connected to each other through their passion.

Probably because they didn't come up with a good name. 😂 Imagine Karsir, Sirkar, Sirtik, Karath, Kasi. Koi dhang ka naam bhi nahi aa raha. 🤣😂
