Something like Lamhe scene where Sridevi father has passed and she notices someone and runs to hug that person, while Anil Kapoor too opens his arms to her thinking she is coming towards him. Here that person could be Dr. R's protegee, someone she has strong bonds with but was missing from her life at present due to some reason (may be coz of his professional commitments)... Someone who has been in love with GG gor a long time but was waiting for the right time to propose.
