Congratulations to the team for the 500th episode! Whatever it is, all of us have to admit, Ghum touches a chord, a raw nerve somewhere, that is why it has been so successful. 👍🏼. I would like to credit the original writer Leena Gangopadhyay for writing such a complex story with such complex characters, that makes you debate for hours together.

All credit to the current writer Siddharth Vankar and his team of writers for today's episode👍🏼. And possibly this month's track - bahu versus working woman, what's in a name, whose career is important and who gets to decide that?!

Keeping aside the fact that the last few months were disgusting and toxic, today's episode was noteworthy.

• Virat's anger at Kaku stopping the pheras channelised well. He asks the right questions. He seems to have thought through the whole name change before opening his mouth.
• For once, Sai was dumbstruck. 😆
• I admire Pulkit Jiju. With complete contempt, he refused to stay at Chawan Niwas. He just like Sai, has seen and experienced the worst with these guys, why should he stay with them?
• I didn't have a problem with Sai changing her name mainly because it was her choice. She was not forced to change it. It is about 'consent'. I changed my surname quite happily, my husband had no problem with me retaining my maiden name. Lot of women don't change..it should be a choice. Lot of people change their surname these days to the name of their village, to establish their own unique identity. Neither father's nor husband's!
• Felt bad for Samrat. Noone cares about his happiness.

What's to come:

• I hope it's a fun, passion filled track for Sairat track. Serious issues like a woman's career combined with the negativity will certainly come in every episode. Rajiv is also in the house, definitely clears the mood. Sai would not be the only one cracking silly PJs😆
• This reminds me of the MIiMo track and therefore I will brace myself for the next kaand too. 🤔
• I was relieved with the pre-cap. Physical relationship, pregnancy are the best ways to tie in a girl to responsibilities and forget about stepping out. I wish Sairat chat a lot and somehow Virat understands what she went through during the Shruti track. This seems bleak atm. Virat has been whitewashed conclusively by none other than karishma today putting an end to his misdemeanors and their impact on his wife.

ICSE has all languages in parts... There's a separate paper for literature and another for language (writing skills + grammar). At younger classes also vocab but that's oral exam mostly.

Every year they have 3-4 these books for reading which is the literature syllabus...

It definitely encourages reading 👍🏼
