Abhira see Harsh walking by and go under water to hide. Abhi says he should think about his son and let him romance. Akshu runs away and tells him to put a shirt on so no one else sees him like this. So cute!!

Mahima, Manjari, and Shefali are talking about the haldi rasam and Abhi tries to stop them. Mahima holds her ground, and Shefali difuses the situation saying that they won’t let anything happen to Akshu. One piece of the haldi falls and Abhi picks it up, writes his name on it… now Akshu will have to find it! This is what the BTS was from!

The Goenka women try to shut down the rasam, but Akshu happily agrees. Abhi comes under the guise of putting the one piece back in the thali, but he really just wants to see Akshu!

These elderly couple comes and thinks that Aarohi and Abhi are already married and Aarohi gets triggered. She will now do something to regain her status because she doesn’t want people thinking something is wrong with her. Kaand loading!

Akshu comes with the haldi and the 2 gundas are standing there, which Abhi sees. He comes running and chases them away. Meanwhile, the Goenka ladies know Mahima has made this up on purpose, but Akshu calms them down and asks them to prepare her outfits for tomorrow… Aarohi is also going to help, so something will get lost or messed up for sure! But maybe Abhira will get to go on a last minute shopping trip because of it lol!

Abhi comes from behind and Akshu is about to hit him with the rock. She tells him to let her work, but he says that they won’t be able to see each other after this, so they should spend time together. He helps her grind the haldi and we get a song sequence to apne raang mein mujko raang de. This sequence was so so so cute!! She hurts her finger and gets a leaf to solve it, to which Abhi rolls his eyes but is also so mesmerized. Kind of a engagement wala parallel! They run around with each other and Abhi says lets celebrate haldi now.. he gives her a kiss. Akshu is so flustered! He makes her promise that they will meet before haldi!

Abhi is exercising and Neil and Parth come. Shefali and Parth get into an argument again with Parth taunting her and they leave. They are really setting this up for Akshu to come and fix.

Neil and Abhi have an emotional moment where Neil asks Abhi not to forget him after shaadi. This was such a sweet scene. Abhi says that will never happen and that he is good friends with Akshu anyways!

Then we get one of the best parallels yet! Abhi is staring at Akshu’s bracelet just like he was in Udaipur. Before, he was waiting until the next day to be able to see her at the mask festival, and this time, he is waiting to marry her! Kariav comes and instead of being suspicious of him, he comes to ask him for a promise. He says that he wants Akshu to get everything and all of the relationships that she wasn’t able to get with the Goenkas in the Birla house — including that of a mom and a dad… and he wants Abhi to help her. Kairav knows that Abhi will be with Akshu always, but he also knows that Abhi is impulsive and fights, unintentionally pissing off the elders. Through this promise, not only will Akshu gain a a family, but Abhi will also make amends with his. Akshu coming into the house will truly heal the Birlas. He says that he will also tell Akshu to understand Abhi and not force him to do things — I loved this moment, because it shows that Kairav understands Akshu’s faults too, and that he knows Abhira will balance each other out! Abhi of course promises that he will try his best and always stand by Akshu!

Meanwhile Akshu is being chased by the goons.

Precap is some minor Mahima-Goenka Tasman with Mahima wanting to cancel haldi… I’m all for this petty drama lol! Meanwhile, Akshu is missing, because she is hiding from the goons and stuck in a room. The Goenka siblings and Abhi will find her!

I am fine with all these little rasam drama stuff that Mahima is pulling because we know nothing will happen. I am sure when she threatens to cancel the haldi Abhi and Akshara along with the rest of the siblings will show up 😆
