Okay, jitna hai, usko dekhkar lagta hi hai that its from Mehak's viewpoint, even Rahat sahab ka part.
Anyways so its clear ki initially Shamsher will do anything to get Mehak in his life. Because that's what he's seen. Forcefully le lena, and agar kisi cheez pasand aa jaaye toh bas usse haasil kar lena. Bande ko selfless love nahi aata hai...kabhi jaana hi nahi.
Toh those initial lines are also from Mehak's POV...ki Mehak ke mohalle mein voh halla maccha dega, pehle hi he'll put a claim on her and shaadi ke din ka toh dekh hi lliya.
Next the lyrics say "mujhe bas door.....raaho se"...which means she runs away from him coz she hates him. He has only obtained her body (not in the sexual way), he has yet to make that soul connection with her. But he put her family and her and even her ex fiancee (I expect Hammad is also her friend) through a lot of pain and suffering, just to get her...and uske baad bhi he doesn't let her meet her father. Hence mujhe bas door jaana hai. And voh bhaagti toh hai.
Last mein when the female takes over "main tak tak haari haari"...its obvious Mehak finally falls for him. She starts loving him, uspe marrti hai voh. Toh post leap at the farmhouse hi dono ko genuine pyar hoga. Tab Shamsher ko Baba Sahab ki asliyat pata chalegi and he'll start living a middle class life.
