Yes, Dhruv has lost his memory and he has completely forgotten that he is married to Dhaani. He is thinking that he is going to marry Shrusti and Dhaani is only Shrusti's sister, nothing more than that for him.

And to be very honest I literally hate these memory loss track. If you remember we didn't want the memory loss track for Veer also, in ATBA, when he met with an accident.

I don't know how long they are going to stretch it. 😒
