Shah Jahan and Sultan had the same physique coz the shows basically overlapped while filming. There was not enough time to transform, like he did for Shahzaib...and then for Shamsher.

He seems slimmer because of the fitting of his outfits. SJ was younger than Sultan, hence the difference in style.
