And, when people said Shiva has not done anything to support raavi except saving her, I remembered the scene where Raavi hugged Shiva and said main akeli ho jaungi Shiva, and then he went on saying bandar ke hote hue chipkali kab se akeli ho gayi.. So it's not like we haven't got anything from Shiva's side. It's just the track which is supposed to be this way.

You can even see the holi epi where Shiva is all hearts. Then, the scene where he says he's not much bothered about himself but Raavi after Rishita's taunts. Him taking oath to complete his edu for raavi's respect. Him asking her if she trusts him. Him kissing her out of pure love. I'm not defending him, just felt like writing this since after such a good epi, peeps were talking about one sided love story😕

Aur rahi baat relationship mein efforts ki to.. This track is not by any means related to this.

Actually that's what I'm talking about.. The whole connect is missing... Makers want us to forget whatever happened in past but that's not how you connect with characters..

The dedication, the shiddat, the devotion we see in Raavi's love.. It's missing from Shiva's side.. Makers had a very good opportunity to show us Shiva's side during wedding track but again at that time he seemed more bothered about bhabhi's betrayal.. After making Raavi go through hell, everyone wanted Shiva to acknowledge Raavi's hurt, if he was so hurt by wrong accusations how Raavi must have felt, he should be shown guilty but he wasn't... It gave the perception that Shiva still doesn't care about Raavi's hurt..

It still feels like Raavi is not his priority, so whenever these scenes come it's natural to feel disappointed that he's not shower Raavi the same dedication like Raavi is showing, it looks like if krish would have helped him, he wouldn't have bothered to tell Raavi about the competition bcz whole perception of their relationship has become like that bcz makers only ever showed every effort from Raavi's side in relationship, in every track not just this track & people are tired of it now.. They want to see Shiva putting efforts for Raavi too that's why it's looking a very one sided love story

but after the kiss shiva said he will enter the competition and said thank you to her and ran off lol so he did tell her it was just when he was applying krish came up to him and he asked for help then and krish acted like an ass.

Okay that's ur pov. But, I feel like this track is about shiva's edu, him getting the support from raavi which he never got from any of his family members. So, when the story will focus on their love life then only I'll say if shiva's making enough efforts or not. Right now, I feel they're in their characters.

Besides, I have no problem with Shiva taking help from other family members (though they don't deserve it), this is because I don't want him to become second dev and ignore everyone except his wife. This is what separates him and dev, right. I only want Shiva to be Shiva with Raavi being his centre of attention (which she is already).

No it's not like it's wrong to take others help but it's visible that she's the only one helping him, understanding him, thinking about his izzat & him thinking about her as last option to go to help bothered me, if it was reversed as Shiva doing all this for raavi, then I would have felt same about Raavi too..

Bold: actually the thing is in every track we have only seen efforts from Raavi's side, it's never from Shiva's side.. Raavi has done everything to make Shiva feel her priority which we never saw from Shiva's side.. So yes that's why I say that I might be not intentional to show Shiva going to Raavi as last option but it certainly felt like that due to past record.. It's not about love story track to come, it could be simple things, like Shiva acknowledging Raavi's sell idea & feeling guilty for humiliating her, realising that she also only wanted a pat on back, some little things.. Which we see from Raavi's side but never from Shiva's side despite it being very obvious.. That's why it feels like very one sided

That is what I felt too. But I really hope that's not the case. Like I said before, SP, hopefully, should be supervising and keeping check on the show, because even though the writers & the PH seem wilfully blind, it is Raavi who gets TRP. Not Shiva, not Dhara.
