Why is there a sad bg music in the promo. I mean i know in the promo virat says that the shaadi is more important than her being a doctor. But I don't think that I think if Kaku says you have to give up being a doctor then I think virat will move out. That could come into the story line.

What d hell is dis..y can't anything happen widout ny kaand...now what will Dey show...job vs family. Virat knows that how important it's for Sai to be Dr.

Don’t know why Kaku has any say in this remarriage. Didn’t she agree for Shivani’s marriage to please Virat? Then why will she put condition for Viraat marriage? Wouldn’t she want Virat to stay back in CN. Anyway he is ready to leave CN, Sai has finished her education so she doesn’t need to be in Nagpur. Both of them don’t need to listen to BK or she will loose Virat.
