What a film! PRASHANTH NEEL👏

Don't miss it. In one word powerful film. Hats off to director's vision. Director and Editor did bring those frames to life. I hope that 19 year old boy gets more fame. He NEEDS to win all the awards for editing this year. And Screenplay solid. Yash is superb.

Negatives: One small track in second half looked out of place. It's 10 minutes thing may be (might not bother all but thought to mention)

Family enjoyed this one. Deserves the number it's making.

This is how a tasteful masala film needs to be made. Appeals universally.

For people interested Bharadwaj Rangan's review on this film is nice. His thoughts on editing/screenplay depth and placements of scenes sync with me. Genius.

I haven't watched RRR. So folks who have watched it can you tell me how is RRR compared to KGF2?

No comparison. KGF 2 all the way. It can be watched many many times. Highly entertaining. It's classic Indian cinema.

RRR is a damp squib without any proper story and has a poor climax. Strictly a one time watch for just the theatrical experience.

I loved both, they are different movies to be compared.

While KGF2 is a one man show, RRR is Centered around story of two people differing in their fights. And both movies should be watched in cinema, nothing less than that will do any favours to the brilliant movies.

I donot think so... Still I feel Rocky will come back. No prequel but chapter 3. It may start where it looks like ended... Just hope for the best.. as i said, for me Rocky is still alive.

SPOILERS

The post-credits scene talks about international crimes done by Rocky in 16 countries during the 4 years from 1978-81, due to which American and Indonesian ships were also chasing him in the climax.

Just based on the post credits scene, it felt most likely that KGF 3 would focus on those 4 years which were skipped in this movie.

Obviously there are other theories running around as well, and it's possible Rocky survived. There are also reports of KGF becoming a cinematic universe with Salaar (Prashant Neel upcoming film with Prabhas) being connected with it.

Yes other countries searching that's why she planned in a way to show that infront of every country that he died infront of their eyes. To close the chapter to start a new beginning ... That's what I understand from those scenes. He can become a good spy in chapter 3.

SPOILERS

Hmm...If Prabhas is going to be the grown up version of Farmaan in Salaar, I don't know how they would be able to show him interacting with Rocky.

Because Rocky is supposed to be 30 years old at the end of the movie while the character of Farmaan was supposedly a teenager. But Prabhas is actually quite older than Yash. They would have to age Rocky if he's returning from dead and Prabhas is playing Farmaan.

There are more chances of Rocky not surviving if Salaar is in the same universe and he's supposed to be Farmaan. Maybe he would be the lead of KGF 3 and take Rocky's legacy forward. Just a guess!
