And Abhi realising and connecting all the dots that Actually Akshu rushed to him she even had the panic attack.... the phone conversation where he said to not talk about the accident because he promised to Maa....She thought she confessed thats why she was feeling relieved and crying on the phone.....

Another possibility its Birla House servent who heard the sisters fighting how Akshu was persistent to tell him but Aaru stopping her...

Joh bhi ho i want Abhi to believe and come to know ki Akshu ne bohot try kiya tha....
