Ok...but this rule only makes sense if these characters are still representative of what the show is about. Shouldn't the rules be revised if the characters entirely cease to exist?

I can even understand trying to include them because some members want to- key word being WANT. They should not be mandatory. That should be left up to the creators and then consequently to the voters.

The only people that should be mandatorily included are those that are part of the current storyline at this time.

Please reconsider this- you can see that there is enough confusion about these rules that it might be time to revisit them.

Maybe just pause the banner contest for another month just to see how stories progressing. We've been wanting a banner change for a while but that was before last weeks bomb of MV/Adi leaving. Now this new promo signals even more change. We will get more clarity in the next week or so.

We were thinking of less compulsory characters to make it easier for the graphicers .

After discussing … we decided to add Malini and Anu into compulsory characters .

But Aditya is not the part of show now. So why he must be include?

Aditya has been part of this show last three months n he was seen in today’s episode too . My dear how can you say he is not.

The banner based on current track. And current he is not existing anywhere. Today he exit along with T's. The story start from new way with new ckt. Aur waise bhi jub wo tha to bhi uski Jada screen space nahi milta tha even he was the important ckt so I don't think include him is the important.

My suggestion :place your fav characters boldly in the banner .. if you dislike any character show him in a small corner of the banner .. let members choose which banner they want to have

We can have next BC after say another 3 months with fresh additions n deletions in the cast list .

he is predominating the promo because he is leaving... it is the end of his character. The main reason we want the current banner to change is because it is outdated, and the actor it heavily features is no longer a part of the show. What is the point of replacing one outdated banner with another out dated banner?

It is not about disliking the character, it is more about the track of the show. Characters such as meethi, Satyakkam, the Rathore's family make sense because they will continue in the show.

Hello ladies, I think the rules makes sense, we can only have a post facto banner, based on characters and scenes that have already aired.

And anyways it's impossible to predict future track or characters. If we have any prominent characters in future we can request a new banner after a reasonable gap.

Right now priority is to get proper space for the ML in the banner and say good bye to one's that have left long ago.

Tagging some known editors.
