There was also a scene where nurse tells him to help Sh feed Sahas. He could have given better expressions. Neil sucks at differentiating between scenes where he cares for S or P n Sh. He just does same thing monotonously. So his feelings for Sai never looks exclusive.
Even this scene saving her from fire- when Sai hugged him he was reluctant in hugging back just like he was when Sh hugged him. Both scenes hold diff weightage but Neil brought them down to same level.

My guess - After watching didi's Oscar level acting ,their director forgot to upload the episode. He became astonished and got impressed by her.
