May be this thing abt organ rejection, is abt caring for the patient . They need to be in a really clean and hygienic environment while the body adapts to the new organ .. body always rejects the organ ,thats why they r given immunosuppresents for a long time ..one of my relatives went through the procedure sometime bk..she couldn't survive but the reasons for that were different .

1 shanaya time pe he's with shanaya

2nd is when he sees zainu come out of azka's room

ibadat has 2 more hospital scenes

1 azlaan is waiting precap wale clothes mein

2 azka in scrubs

nikah rukshati transplant organ rejection all in one

why i feel some other kidney is arranged maybe khadija refuses or asks for time

azlaan thiinks no hoga and that other kidney is rejected

What I meant by names overall are a coincidence or deliberate

A is 1st

Z is last

OK when organ donation is to happen there is an investigation too na even if it is a family member esp when not blood related

mom's kidney fails

suddeny son marries a girl(even if he knew her from before) who is a match to the boy's mother

suspicious lagta hai

and if in the investigation they fail then transplant is not allowed
