In my opinion, wo balli se chidhi hui hai, hate karti hai, jo bhi hai, but rahegi to Monami hi!! Abhi Balli as a team mate hai, they need him for the mission, plus she couldn't see anyone getting killed unless saamne wala terrorist ho, to use to shoot hi karna padega. And abhi Sanju ya faizi ya ustadji nahi hai, Balli trained nahi hai, but she is a cadet and would be commando, she had to save him, may be she had kind of responsibility towards her team mates as none of the trainers is there. Here we are talking about proffessionalism, to personal sentiments ek taraf aur mission ek taraf. Which we wanted to see since so long.

But This is just my opinion!

Because whether she likes it or not, Balli is her teammate. Wo uski duty hai ki wo apne saathi ki jaan bachaaye.

Second reason, agar Balli pakda gaya aur isne apna muh khol diya in fear of death, toh unke saare plans fail ho jaayenge. Yaa agar mar bhi gaya, toh there's a strong chance Charu and co ko uspar doubt ho jaayega, and they won't accept that plan.

Third reason, Balli could still be used. Right now, Charu is clueless about all this and wo usko cheezen bataati hai. Toh, it's quite possible that Balli bahut kuchh kar le isse pehle use yeh realize ho.

Fourth reason, Monami is still Monami. Haan, use nafrat hai Balli se. Haan, wo usko apni life se nikaalna chahti hai. Haan, wo usko academy, Karan ki life, etc. se door rakhna chahti hai.
But yeh bolne mein ki main tujhe maar dungi, mujhe koi farak nahi padta aur actually kisi ko marne ke liye chodhkar jaane mein, bahut farak hota hai. Gusse mein insaan bahut kuchh bol deta hai, par jab karne ki baari aati hai, toh nahi kar paata.

Mera bhi yeh hi hai.

Balli se chidna, Balli se nafrat karna, wo uska personal equation hai uske saath. Professionally, they are teammates. Agar Monami problem mein hoti, Balli usko nikaalta, and ab Balli tha, toh Monami ne nikaala.

And acceptance aur liking mein bhi bahut farak hota hai. Accept karna kisi ko aur like karna, bahut alag alag baat hoti hai.
For me, I can totally see Balli-Monami having a hateful relationship with grudging respect after Karan is alive.

Beech mein yeh informer waali theory ki dhajiya udha di thi par I can see it now again.

Karan is alive, and Monami-Balli have a hateful relationship where the two have a grudging respect for each other. Balli finds he likes this life of helping people and the academy helps him being a spy or an informer.

Or after today's episode and the way Balli was looking at Monami, I can see Balli genuinely falling in love with Monami or at least, liking her, and then, giving his life to save Karan, and he confesses in his last moments. I can't say I am a big fan of that, but if they showcase that properly, it won't be unbearable to see, as long as Monami doesn't feel anything for him. I would rather Monami shedding tears in his last moments and respecting him, and Karan and Monami saluting him while he's alive so he can die with respect.

Jaise, instead of still keeping that mystery, I would wrote a scene where Colonel Batra talk to Karan on the phone. (Not showcasing entire part of his face, just his lips, but of course, everyone could tell)

Karan- Mere paas ek plan hai, but us mein bahut khatra hai, Sir. Sab ke liye.

Colonel Batra- Plan kya hai?

Karan- Bataata hoon... (inaudible dialogue) toh yeh hai plan, Sir.

Colonel Batra- Plan achha hai. Go ahead.

Karan- Sir... Sir, wo kaisi hai?

Colonel Batra- She's a strong girl. Tum uski chinta mat karo. Hum uska dhyaan rakhenge. Tum theek ho?

Karan- Usko hurt karte hue achha nahi lag raha, par duty ke naam par, kuchh bhi kar sakta hoon main. Jai Hind, Sir.

Mere paas itne ideas hai, na, ki batate batate poori raat nikal sakti hai. Par yeh log kuchh aur ka kuchh hi dikhaaye jaa rahe hain.

Iss point par toh I would be surprised ki inko khud bhi samajh aa raha hai ki yeh chahte hain kya. Aur mat kheencho, yaar. Yeh kheenchkar sab kuchh kharaab kar dete hain. Pehle SidSa waala track kheencha, aur ab yeh.
