In today's episode when the guy calls Seth for the first time, he says 'the proof of those THREE murders' before taking Arvind's name. I went back to check on Hotstar and the captions say three too. Who were the other 2 that were murdered?

Maybe this is how they stretch out the Arvind mystery - Imlie finds out that his death was part of a larger conspiracy and then Arylie investigates together instead of just getting him arrested with the proof she's collected so far.
