yeah, most companies here have/had 6 weeks now they made 12 weeks and some employers made 16 weeks even. besides, california state has additional 4 weeks of maternity paid leave, as far as i know.

my current job has 8 weeks i guess

so i finally caught up with BALH2 and watched upto yesterday's episode. Let me start with this, how is Disha (priya) soooo beautiful? usually i can't take my eyes off the MLs when i like them (ie ASR, Aryan from Imlie, Iqbal Khan etc) but this time i don't even look at nakul because disha is there

anyway, leaving the fangirling aside, RaYa finally confessed (well they said they like each other but didn't say ILY 😆). and based on monday's epi, it looked like they consumed too!!! here's the a glimpse of that episode ❤️

lol the bengali anupama lasted for a while after anupama-anuj got married but my mom stopped watched afterwards so don't know how it ended. SJ shows usually don't last this long so this SP version will definitely last for years until the TRPs drop to negative (which probably wont happen anytime soon)

and they have a ton of shitty ideas lol. i read on IF that anupama's ex husband is getting another girlfriend and it'll be played by Puja Banarjee. so even if anupama gets her happy ending with anuj, her ex-husband will keep changing his partners and cheating on his wives 🤣
