I dont think the chemistry is lacking even one percent. One thing this season got right was the casting for the main leads.

Even srk and kajal cannot save a movie if the script is bad. Simple as.

They need a track where Akshara and Abhi have a conflict with each other directly like gen 1 wedding did. And I guess thats where this accident track is gearing towards. Once the bomb drops and Abhi is mad at Akshara, people will watch to see if marriage happens or not. Angst always works and this is why most ITV have the on and off tracks between couples.

The only problem with the current track is that they're focusing on Arohi a lot more than necessary and people want to see Abhira.

Makers really need to understand Abhira is USP and they better concentrate on them. In fact adoption truth could have been perfect track of this marriage wirh drama quotient.

Angst between lead couple is always intereting but can be shown with different ways and not by getting the third wheel in picture who is annoying as hell.

And yaar tbh with this accident track they have literally ruined the whole shaadi vibe only

Story is king and queen always . Actors have good chemistry but lack of proper growth in characters looked this way in this track. They will repair it slowly they need to get them in line again .

I watch Rishta on TV and this is the first Harshad show where I have skipped many episodes. In 2008 I saw KDMHMD for the chemistry between Harshad and Aditi. I did not like Anupriya but preferred Tere Liye for the story.

I saw Dharampatni for the tashan between two generations. I got hooked to Humsafars because Harshad grey character was very well executed. I did not appreciate the chemistry between the leads in both the shows.

Similarly what I said was from my point of view. Nothing is a perfect match.

Maybe you are 100% right or my words do have some amount of say.

Many trp aunts prefer good executed sub plots coupled with proper technicals.

Erm but that's what social media is there for... yes it does not give the full picture but it does well to suggest how the audience is responding to a pairing. Abhira have a very healthy and strong fanbase online and that matters an awful lot. Online fans are very important too and it's not that I am refusing to accept your pov, I'm simply stating what is evident.

Problem isn't with Abhira, they do not write the plot.

This show would have tanked in the initial episodes had it not been for Abhira. They have got 3+ trps in just 3 months which only emphasises my point that issue isnt with the cast, its with the writing.
