Many outsiders are really rude. Some are literally hated by people around them. This is the reason gossips leaks out.

Kajol and Kareena are known to be rude and snobbish to anyone who are of no benefit to them.

Rest of them are outsiders, who became arrogant because of success. I am not surprised.
