Tut tut. As per 'ITV standards' Imlie didn't do her wifely duties here. The standards are pretty basic really. All she needed to do was read chapter 1 of "How To Be A Great ITV Wife and Bahu" as written by and with contributions from every great wife and bahu that's ever graced ITV.

According to that manual she was supposed to help him put his jacket on, hand him his wallet, watch, phone and a handkerchief too ... but then again Imlie is not your typical ITV wife. She's already given away his wallet and burned his handkerchief and who knows what else she has in store for the phone and watch.

That is what I love about her...Whether when she was his tenant or now his wife..Bindaas, sit at the dining table and enjoy food with Narmada and Arpi and fight in front of them in jungli style..What a welcome change compared to other places where she was serving food and last to eat and sometimes made to sit on floor and eat..sleep in some corner..
