Just to give you some background.

45+ men are American born and brought up. I am Gujarati and I have tons of Gujju friends. I had Andhra roommate, Malyali colleague, a friend from Bombay and a college mate from Punjab. I know at least 10 couple who have had inter-region marriages. You can say my observation is mainly based on Indian culture. South Asian by extension. And since we are on India forums, I do think members here are mainly influenced by south Asian culture. Direct or indirect.

In any case, it is upto the person to head to my suggestion or not. You never know. My own kids won’t take my suggestion and do whatever they want. 😆
