Why is the CG filled with discussions/comments? I thought they weren't allowed in these type of threads.

Because it wasn't on this thread initially and that's why I had made a separate for my own creations.

They went and merged my topic with this when the whole reason I made a seperate topic in the first place was cos I knew people will chat and discuss the gifs and the rules forbade that.

So now I guess I might as-well not bother giffing as I can't chat or discuss those scenes with my friends.

There are no rules imposed against chatting scenes with friends. If you choose to use gifs to strengthen your discussions then that's okay. What is not allowed is creating a separate thread specifically for gifs as that's what this CG is for. Discussions of the same should be conducted in more appropriate threads such as the AT, EDT etc.
