Dhoni stepping out as captain 2 days before the tournament begins is effecting the team. Jaddu not able to get into the role 100%. It seems like all of them have to adjust their position in the team.

I agree. It was bad decision to announce just 2 days before. Team and jaddu should have been given more time to adjust with their new captain and team's responsibility respectively
