Part 3
Well, do I have a tale to tell!
I, dear fans of my mistress, and the few who I understand are rather fond of the fella sheâs getting hitched to (Baaâs dead body notwithstanding that is), had a perfect view of the goings on in the kitchen. And it was all terribly tomato level blushing.
Let me start by telling you how I got there in the first place. Cause logic is sacrosanct in Indian telly land as you all know and appreciate.
As you may recall, my mistress was the one who arranged for this flat for her mera Anuj. While stocking up the kitchen, she naturally turned to us to ensure her mera Anuj had the best available to fulfil his needs. This, then, is how we came to take up residence here in Anuj Kapadiaâs abode. And had the best seats in the house for this morningâs tea and toast making.
Not that we are complaining or anything. We were a little sceptical initially when we were plonked here willy nilly. After all, we had been with her for 26 years and we were her favourite confidantes. But, AK has won us over with that charming tilt of his head and lips that speak with saying anything.
Actually, we havenât really missed our mistress because her name is constantly surrounding us. âO Anupamaâ is hummed on loop by AK while he goes about his business around the house. âPaagal chhokroâ is a term that often comes to mind.
I have to confess this chhokroâs feathery touch makes my steel get all hot and bothered. Haldi keeps complaining that itâs altering her consistency, but do I care?! Nope. He can continue giving us those melting, dreamy, besotted looks forever. And keep caressing us till kingdom come.
And, yes, I know itâs because we remind him of our mistress. Iâm a masala ka dabba not Kavya, thank you very much.
Coming back to the tale I have to tell, we were thrilled to see our mistress rush into the kitchen this morning. With a look on her face that weâre not used to seeing I have to say. It was a mixture of shy, happy and dazzled with a sprinkling of wonder. Before we could wake ourselves up properly to greet her, right at her heels rushed in a beaming AK.
When he casually hopped up to sit on the worktop right next to where she stood, the temperature in the kitchen spontaneously rose several degrees. Milk nearly boiled himself over! It was only the quick thinking of the tea leaves that prevented a messy moment.
From where he was perched, his left bicep was oh so close to me. Every time he leaned over to whisper something in her ear, heâd brush me when he rocked back. I donât know if Iâm ever going to recover! How am I going to cope with this happening day in day out?! How are we going to cope?! Butter is already having a hard time staying together with the heat these two are generating! Strawberry jam is fortunate sheâs already red. Though, that hasnât stopped her preening about the fact that Kinju babyâs baby loves her the mostest. So annoying.
All these years weâve been used to heroes who are zeroes screaming the house down around us. And licking us greedily at the table while berating our mistress. This new feeling of happiness that emanated from every crevice in our kitchen this morning has left us with a warm and fuzzy glow that continues to linger.
Iâm still blushing from all the accidentally on purpose brushing of fingers that took place under the guise of crockery and trays being handed over. The âbhappsâ and teasings and sweet nothings continue to echo softly around us.
We are loving swaying to the sound of wedding bells ringing gloriously. I hope our mistress comes here to lord over us again very, very, very soon.
Garam masala and mirchi are tossing a coin even as we speak over who is going to have a word with Bapuji about which aangan is most appropriate for a send off. I don't see them being polite about it! Pity he canât be sent off for a mandir visit when these matters are being decided. It's now all in the hands of Mummyji to knock some sense in his (Ba)addled dimaag.
Kanhaji sambhal lijo.

Nowadays my daily routine be like:

Bro waise to I'm fan of all your works but this bartan ki aatmakatha series is something else yaarđ¤Łđ¤Ł
It was only the quick thinking of the tea leaves that prevented a messy moment.
Strawberry jam is fortunate sheâs already red.
Idk if they are enough appreciated but these witty one liners you add increase the humour level Ă3000
I was dead ROFLing while reading that 'milk started boiling' wala parađ¤Łđ¤Ł
Its difficult to quote and tell which part was the best as the whole thing had me grinning throughout đ
If I'm asked to highlight the part i loved the most then my condition will be something like this:

đ¤Łđ¤Ł
I, dear fans of my mistress, and the few who I understand are rather fond of the fella sheâs getting hitched to
In case you are not up to date with the current affairs, let me tell you my dear bartans that fans of your mistress have shifted their base to a much more peaceful land of twitterđł

The bartans are suitably grateful for your kind advice. Lekin woh aman seh nahi paayenge đ
Wow Ruchi

If only like Anime (Beauty and Beast) we can have these Masale speak in person to Anuj. This time, they would address him as the Price Charming.
Well they had first hand experience of Beauty and Beast while there stay in SH and are best to share all insights with us and the Prince Charming.
Once again, itna achcha likhti ho, tareef ke liye shabd kaha se laoo..đđ
