The issue is not with 'sexy' clothes. Shivanya wore sexy sarees, Vish and Bela wore sexy costumes, so did Brinda.

I'm not against cleavage show, but it looks crass in a show like Naagin. Sexy can be classy. All the previous Naagins looked super duper sexy without showing cleavage or going overboard with the skin show, so Pratha and Mahek's costumes look a bit trashy in comparison.

I agree with what someone said, the Naagins this season look like belly dancers.

Hey! So what I feel is that - "In a show like Naagin", where they've always depicted their Naagins as sensuous creatures, I can completely understand them wearing such costumes.

There are a few mythological creatures that I put in similar category - in Hindu Folklore there's the character of 'Icchadhari Naagin' who usually takes revenge via luring people to their deaths by shape-shifting. In Greek Mythology there's the character of 'Sexy Siren' who lures sailors to death by her voice. And the famous legend of the 'Woman in White', a ghost dressed in white which haunts deserted forests or roads and who seduces travellers to later give them violent deaths. All of these mythological characters IMO have kinda similar motivations and have generally less regards for any skin show. Hence, I personally don't mind Pratha & Mahek's naagin look.

Also, I kinda don't expect the costume department to care for any skin-show because this isn't some daily soap where FL is a sanskari bahu who's buried under 5kg jewellery and saree-pallu lol. I also don't think this is anything new tbh, as they've increasingly been pro skin-show right from S4 & then S5.

My only concern was the actor's comfort. If the actors are carrying their costumes well, if they're comfortable with running in forests & doing tandav then who am I to object lol. And if they're not, then they'll obviously make changes, like Teja made certain adjustments in her costume as per her comfort.

^ Just my opinion, baaki toh sabka apna apna thought process hai. I agree that some families might not feel comfortable watching certain costumes, especially in case of Mahek, but my family doesn't care much (I watch with both my parents). They only expressed displeasure once & that too with the storyline when Pratha-Rishab randomly started their OOC dancing on Humma Humma lol and my Mom was like 'Kya bakwaas chal rahi hai ye' 😆

IKR. What's with the repetition of dialogues this time? Are they nuts or too lazy to write something new? It sounds so lame and annoying.

It's not just about skin show. In a series where actors have always looked sizzling hot without showing any cleavage, the current costumes look cheap and attention-seeking. You can look sensual without crossing the limits of decency. I'm not saying showing cleavage is always indecent, but it looks desperate for attention in a show like this. It's like they're saying, "HEY HEY HEYY I'M SHOWING CLEAVAGE OMG LOOK HERE YOUUUU". 😆

Hope you get what I'm saying.

for me it looks more like they want to run a show like this without any story 😆 if they have a very good story people will hardly notice their cloths as they have something else to focus on. Yaha par story hi missing hai people will start noticing this more and get irritated 😆 even if we are watching with the family if they see a great story with great potential even they might ignore their cloths. But when there is no good story and if they see their kids watching something like this the obvious question would be "WHY?????Do you want to watch this stupid show?" They might have serious concern over how their kids will grow up as they are not so exposed to these things

I am not so hooked to n6. I watch it if i have time but other seasons initial episodes i was waiting for episodes to air. As there was some thrill excitement about next tracks to know what will happen next. Here i dont have that excitement 😆
