It's not myth. I think I read in some of his interview that he is not comfortable doing bold scenes, gaali and violence ( too much ). When asked why he is not chosen any OTT projects.

I have seen Humsafar.. he is brilliant in that… he has played intense character. With FL there were romantic scenes but not physically bold but HC with just eyes and hand touch makes it look bold that is the charm he can do. He doesn’t need clear bold scene to do romance

I watched few episodes of Bepanah..he is excellent.., there isn’t many romantic scenes but again that one is his life’s best performance
