Sometimes I feel V is more like a cry baby, a kid who is demanding attention. He may have been hurt and disrespected, and his anger to some extent justified but what he is doing now is also an extension of his frustration of being denied something he desperately sought. V has not been so vocal and obvious in his words but he was pursuing Sai, but she had turned him down. So now is an attempt to make her run around him and somewhere get that sadistic pleasure.
But he didn't actively pursue her. He flirted very rarely. He organised these grand events for her to make her feel good, yes. He supported her for her educated.
Between the two of them the attraction was shown so rarely. Initially it was there...then it kind of disappeared, and we had more of funny nok jhok.
But the rejection he felt was real because Sai never thought of him as falling for her. She never understood his support & grandoise events as signals because they could have come from a space of guardianship, acc to her.
Am I making sense?
She was moving towards some kind of breakthrough when he left for the mission.
