I do this too!

For the last few days i had been singing Kacha Badam with random words to rhyme (cos I don't know the lyrics) 😆 similarly with genda phool song previously.

jahan lyrics nahi aate wahan I use words by my choice.. I’m not a bad singer btw. Lyrics galat hoga, par sur mein hi gaati hoon😆

While closing the gas stove's knob I will count a few times in my head. While closing the refridgerator door I'll double or triple check if it's closed and then push it once or twice firmly to seal the deal.

People have no idea how irritating it can be

However OCD is a mental illness which has the potential to destroy a person.
