The one where she is not required to attend classes or actually learn anything actively. The one where there isn't a clear difference between a Physiotherapist and a Physician (MBBS). My list can go on but I try to keep my Doctor brain out of this show otherwise I would go crazy trying to make logic of all the crap they're showing. 😂
