V will not remember Lahu during physiotherapy. I think he will be shown as he is shown now till Sai actually confesses.
They are deliberately not showing any scenes where Virat is melting. They have saved it for the big one

Pre cap was so bizarre. I don't have the guts to watch the episode, nor tomorrow.
My calculations:
So, tomorrow, he will refuse to do the physiotherapy from Sai. Whole episode will go in Aai convincing, Kaku convincing etc. he will show absolute disgust at the thought of Sai doing his physiotherapy, even going near him. Pakhi will be relieved, she will support Virat, Samrat will get one line supporting Sai. Sai herself (man mein ladoo phootoing) will promise to do nothing except physio🤣
Day after, his pain will be too much with his family around, he will finally agree, maybe ask Sunny to be around for protection (otherwise why is Sunny in these episodes). Sai will take Sunny's help and convince him to leave the room for something. Virat cannot say anything, too much pain.
Friday - the physio will begin. some nok jhok. Sai acting cute, Virat acting out the sulky Hulk. Sai will jabber jabber and drive him nuts.
Saturday - something will begin to stir🤣 in Virat. He will get flashes of memory of Lahu..he will try to ask Sai, she will dodge the questions...cute episode.
Monday - he will be fine, and will leave for wherever. Because there is normally no connection between what happens in one episode and the next, we can safely assume gajini has happened to Lahu as well as physio🤣
