For the first watched an episode of Maddam Sir without any emotion. No anger, no frustration, no joy... Just watched it with zero expectation. Seems like this state of mine will continue till something concrete is shown in the show. smiley23

same di same. the expectations have fallen dramatically low.

I think, for now, I will just continue keeping my expectations low to avoid frustration and annoyance on the show makers.

Low to zero expectations = sanity intact

How the heck did our Chaskameter fall to 37? smiley5smiley18smiley36

HAIN?! weren't we at 14 this morning??

Yup, it takes time for them to update forum-wise. They update on the Chaskameter tab first and then update it forum-wise accordingly. It's updated now. I have a norm of clicking the CM and seeing how possible shows of interest are doing. I have a bit of a habit... if I like something, I like to see it do well and so keep tabs on it always. Not sure if it is a good habit or not but bas aadat se majboor. 😆😆

But, the moment we praised him so much in the forum for being respectful of his and Santu's boundaries and his unrequited love, he went off filling Santu's maang and all. Momentarily, it made me think that there was someone who passed the message to the CVs who then destroyed him because fans had started appreciating him more smiley36smiley36

if this is true... I don't want them to visit the forums. I don't want them to read all the good things we had to say about these characters- they will all suffer the same treatment. I close my eye and get by most of the nonsense they throw at us BUT I will not tolerate them butchering my masumiyat smiley19

Masumiyat has grown up so much in these past few months that I don't know whether I feel happy or sad about it. I miss those days when she had speech disinhibition and would just say things impulsively and then realize that her timing wasn't good or what she said was out of etiquette. Like when she used to talk about Maddam sir's suitors or have a tummy ache when she had to keep a secret. Or when she would drink the water instead of giving it to the disturbed complainants and even when she would adore her Karishma Madam's bhaukaal and Maddam sir's jazbaat and speak so highly of them and their importance in her life. While I really do love her growth, I think I really miss the old Masumiyat way too much. Hope Haseena's return will revive the old Santu to some extent. That masumiyat really suits her face and reflects so well when she is emoting her oblivious state.

Lately, I have just restarted watching the show from the beginning and it is so evident how much the quality of the content has dropped. It's just sad. I hope the writers get their vibe back and start putting more effort into their creativity while the directors and editors focus a whole lot more on the execution and editing of the shot sequences. Anuseena fans have already drifted away and the way things are currently going on, very soon the saner audience will drift away too. Even the comedy scenes are not as funny as they used to be. At this point, only the joy of seeing these amazing actors onscreen is what is keeping me from dropping the show altogether. smiley13

i mentioned this too in one of the threads. recently started binging from the beginning with my friend (he doesn't even understand the language so reads the captions. yet, he finds it funny). but it made me realize how big of a quality difference there is. as I watch it with the current track in the back of my mind, it saddens me to no end to see these bonds they made naturally be treated so poorly. I just want to see them happy again and doing the most hilarious stuff when solving cases.

Good, now that you are re-watching. Make sure you let me know of the cool dialogues that I miss. After this show ends. This will be all I have, to read, recall and laugh like crazy. 😆

truer words have never been spoken.

ouhhhh so that's how the chaskameter works! I've always been confused by their ranking and updating system. thank you for explaining that! I have the same habit di- its gets burdensome sometimes but kya karein, adat se majboor. currently, the only forum I visit regularly is this one where I am most active on.

same bro same. it's so conflicting cause, on one hand, yay character development (i am a sucker for this) but on the other hand, where has uff! yeh masumiyat gone to? especially since I am rewatching the old episodes, I really miss her filterless speech, doing mistakes, tummy ache when lying, being confused between the two seniors, drinking water and talking about haseena's love life. those were the days yaar. i dont know if her masumiyat will be revived after haseena's truth is out or will it be permanently be gone after this breach of trust - she did admit to haseena being her biggest inspiration. so imagine that very same person lying to your face for three months straight. how do you forgive and forget that so easily?

That was one of my favorite tracks as well. It was the time where each characters were tested. Everyone had their own share of mistakes and the common price they had to pay was with shutting down of Police Station. And best part was you couldn't decide who actually is wrong here because everyone was. And somehow that was the track that changed the dynamics of everyone's equation. with each other. It strengthen the bonds. They learnt with time, they all have started depending on each other.

Yep yep. Everyone was wrong and right in their own places. The dynamic changes/character changes were so damn fun to watch. It left you thinking and theorising what was gonna happen.

I know even if it doesn't make sense, at this point I cannot come with better justification to why my MPT is so emotionless towards Anubhav's death. I don't expect them to mourn but I expected some reaction. If we are not getting it, I'll assume that's because he didn't matter to them because I'm not sure if we are going to get logic behind this. If mission is over for real, all the unanswered questions will never be addressed

This explanation is better than any ive come up with so imma go with it.

I don't know when are the planning to get done with Urmila. Even if Karishma is slightly doubtful now, rest of them are bent on proving her wrong And regarding mission, whatever loopholes have been there, I desperately want them to be addressed but for now I'm keeping my expectations low

Same expectations are nearly non existent at this point. Urmilla is going to be here for a long while if the bts clips a are anything to go by. I don't understand why the other three don't get it. The gun thing they mentioned and then shrugged off reallt got me. Like why bother mentioning if no on eis going to take a valid point like that seriously. It just makes them look so stupid.

Thank you ❤ Glad we met via this forum

Yep yep

I hope soon all characters are back with their old charm

Fingers crossed behen.

Today's episode felt just like yesterdays. Some urmila-MPT banter, some failed attempts at solving case, a mention about memory loss. No real progress anywhere. The staleness leaves alot of room for the mind to wander and question common sense.

Urmila returns and bargains for more pay/day. I couldn't help but wonder if she remembers being haseena and doesn't actually want to leave, thus the money angle. Just like she pretended to get convinced to come to lucknow. But then, that's too complicated and I doubt writers are thinking that deeply.

How/why was kartik at urmi's place, and how was he genuinely caring for her? Can he develop love-overflow for any random person when asked to by the police? But this case didn't make sense from the beginning so forget it. No logic here. Urmi's reactions were funny though, so I'll take that.

Pushpa ji's failed solution, then karishma openly gives cheetah one chance to use his expertise and shine. Lo and behold, he uses the golden chance to do what, refer a baba. And the cliche "auraton ko koi nahi samajh paaya hai", that too from a women psychologist. Could only shake my head, until urmi called him 'thakela baba' and then I burst into laughter.

The baba scene was okay, if only for santu's reactions and urmi's thakela baba ki jai ho.

Karishma-pushpa banter in 2 scenes felt like a nice short glimpse of what the show used to be like.

So finally karishma has to actually solve the case alone, now that haseena's brain is on sleep mode. (HM's atma enters her now because its original body's 'memory cells' are lost 🤣). How this works is beyond my understanding though, she remembers physically being urmila but she doesn't remember what urmila thought about, like the hard disk, keeping her identity secret etc.

How the hell karishma is still unsure about urmi being HM is beyond any damn logic or justification. No point in fussing about it. It's like ekta ma's villains plotting and giving evil looks in front of everyone, but they all act blind.

I haven't watched the BTS for these scenes yet, but I'm sure they'll been funnier than what we saw in the episode. Can we have an actual thread for them, because they're like a post-episode stress buster.

Today's episode was much better in terms of execution than the previous ones. And I noticed these days people are only criticizing everywhere including me so for a change I won't do that today.

I liked the issue they addressed this time. Love demands personal space no matter how important and irreplaceable part of your life the person is. And it's equally important in any relationship. Of course the love that man had for his wife was not toxic but still it's difficult to breathe in such relations.

I knew Urmi wasn't going anywhere smiley37 but the bargaining scene reminded me of my mom.

The scene between Urmi and Karthik at HM's house was quite comical. Urmi still was patient with him. If someone wakes me up while I'm sleeping, I'd have scratched his face. The man was literally a leech who doesn't leaves you even for second.

Thank you Karishma for reminding us that our beloved Cheetah Chaturvedi is a women psychologist. But what a brilliant use of skills smiley32 He is the only psychiatrist who refers his patient to Akela Baba. Karishma rightly said, "Asshiqui mein na tum baura gaye ho"

But I agree to Urmi, along with the husband, the girl too was messed up smiley44I don't know how to find her a perfect husband who has all the qualities according to her checklist smiley23

Finally, moving to best part of today's episode. Karishma has starting doubting Urmi. Finally her cop instincts are kicking in. I loved how Pushpa Ji is always there to support her. I just hope Karishma doesn't get influenced by others around her.

Ahhhhhh i love this positivity.

Agreed. Sometimes we forget that the other party, no mattee how much we love them, needs space and breathing room. One's individuality is just as important as their relationship. When both parties are content with themselves, it makes for a beautiful and healthy relationship. One thing i appreciated was showing both sides of the coin. Too much love can be suffocating but too little of it can uncertainty and insecurity. So it's important to strike a balance.

Reminds me of my friend and i deciding how many epsides of b99 we need to binge in a single night.

Oh this is so true. I would throw hands if someone disrupts my sleep. I love my bed and my sleep, thank you very much. XD

Santu's reactions and this line makes me belive that it's building up to a huge fall out between them becuase of this behaviour.

Lmao, i wanted to tell her that, behen ese perfect partners kis adress pe milte hain.

Ahhhh pushpa ji and karishma being the best duo once again. I love them and thank god the latter is starting to trust her gut.
