Yes Payal rants a lot and is mean at times but what they did was high school mean bully acts. When Payal was getting into trouble they were laughing and taking piss.

Plus the worst part was when she was told to go to the other jail.....they were so nasty.

Payal may rise from here. The viewers may support her now 🤓

Even i felt bad she spent so long cleaning and ended up in the other place.
