Here's my trick: when the episode airs, I hit up Twitter to see the highlights and the vibes people are giving the episode and decide if I want to skip the entire thing, the scenes, or watch XYZ with focus. Unless I'm over the show, then I don't look unless I'm tagged or it shows up on my feed.

For YRKKH, I mostly check out IF and see the precap before deciding if I want to watch the episode cause my reactions differ from Twitter. But for shows like Imlie, Twitter and I have the same reactions so it clues me in
