Chapter 2

Abhimanyu was checking Akshara's vitals and pulse and oxygen levels.He wanted to ensure that she was alright before talking to her...He was mad at her.How did she take such a big risk.She could have died.And how on earth could she sacrifice their love for such a heartless person.Akshara was observing Abhimanyu.She knew he was angry for two things.She knew she would have to confess everything about her Aarohi.Abhimanyu sat besides her on the table and held her hand tightly.

Abhimanyu (holding her hand,angrily)-Kya tha ye.....Pagal ho gai thi tum....Kuch ho jaata tumhe toh.....Mar jaata mai aandaza hai tumhe.....Aur waise bhi roz marti usse accha tha mujhe mar jaane diya hota tumne Akshu......

Akshara (putting her hand on his mouth,weak)-Please aisa mat bolo Abhimanyu.......

Abhimanyu (angrily)-Toh bolo na kya farak padta hai tumhe.....You dont love me haina.......Thats why tum itni badi aag mai kudi mere liye......

Akshara -Agar tumhari jagah mai fasi hoti toh,tum nai kudte......

Abhimanyu (angrily)-There is a difference Akshara.....I love you....(sarcastically)-um kaha mujhse pyaar karti ho.....Tumhe toh logo ke liye sacrifice karne ki aadat hai na.......Karo sacrifice jo karna hai karo.....

Abhimanyu angrily got up from the table and faced the wall.He was so angry this time.....He didnt want to get more angry at her.She was in no condition to face his anger right now.....Akshara's eyes started watering seeing Abhimanyu's anger....She knew she had broken his heart......She knew Aarohi was not in love with Abhimanyu but it was her ego......Unintentionally a sob broke out and Abhimanyu turned to see Akshara in tears.....Abhimanyu closed his eyes.....He shouldnt have not right now...She needed rest....They can fight later....

Abhimanyu (wiping her tears)-Please no Akshu....Dont cry...I am sorry....

Akshara (not letting him complete)-I am sorry Abhimanyu...I broke your heart......I know I dont deserve you love......But you have to know.........

Abhimanyu (angrily)-Dont you dare do it again Akshara do you understand ? Dont you dare sacrifice our love again........Kairav mujhe sab kuch bata chuka hai..... (sitting next to her,angrily)-How dare you ,sacrifice our love for that undeserving sister of yours........You could have just told me what the issue was,koi na koi solution toh nikal sakta na......You dont trust me ?

Akshara (with tears in her eyes)-Aisa mat kaho......I trust you......Its just that me and Aarohi is more complicated that you can handle.....We are step sisters....And due to a accident hamara relation bahut complicated ho gaya hai......

Abhimanyu (holding her hand)-Mai tumhe chod kar kahi nai jaa raha hu do you understand,Na aab mai tumhe mujhe chod kar jaane doga...... ? And as far as your sister is concerned...we will deal with her later.........

Phir se kabhi mere liye aise mat karna........Agar tumhe kuch ho jaata toh mai mar jaata yaar......You need to rest.......

Abhimanyu went to his cabin to freshen up after Akshara slept...He felt relieved......Relieved that she was alright,relieved that she was indeed in love with him....He talked to his mother and informed him about the accident.........Manajri was ecstatic.....She loved Akshara...She was thankful to her for saving her son's life......She just prayed to Kanhaji to make everything alright soon for Abhimanyu and Akshara ......

Abhimanyu was sitting on the sofa in Akshara's room when Kairav came....He was devastated when he was informed about the accident....Abhimanyu saw Kairav and knew that he was not ok...After all he was her brother...Kairav went and sat to next to sleeping Akshu....

Abhimanyu (with concern)-Kairav are u alright ?

Kairav (sadly)-Yeah I am fine.Thanks for asking....Did you talk to her ?

Abhimanyu (nodding)-Ha....She mentioned something about a accident and Aarohi.....

Kairav (stunned)-Yeah it was Aarohi's ma's accident....Sirat ma.....She fell down the stairs of temple trying to save Akshu......She dies in AKshara's arms.....Aarohi blamed Akshu for ma's death....Akshara has been under so much guilt for past 15 years....Ghar se door chalegi thi woh....So that ghar mai peace rahe......She had been through so much......

Abhimanyu (stunned with revelation)-Kairav what you are describing is accident.......

Kairav (chuckling)-I know.......Ghar wale itni baar usse samjhane ki koshish kar chuke hai....Par Akshu ka guilt.......Her panic attacks are due to this reason.......

Abhimanyu (inquiring)-What about your and AKshu's parents than ?

Kairav (informing)-Our parents were Naira and Kartik Goenka......Mumma died in a bus accident....When Akshu was just 6 months.......And papa died when Akshu was 11.......Mumma ko toh dekha bhi nai tha Akshu ne.....Na unhe mehssos kiya tha......But she is just like her.....

Sometimes I feel like I failed our parents.....I couldnt even for a second take care of her....She had to learn to take care of herself.....Mai tha phir bhi Mamu and Mami brought her up.....

Abhimanyu (sadly)-Its not your fault Kairav........Kabhi Kabhi circumstances aise hote hai that it makes ous feel helpless........Mai ouse kuch nai hone dooga.........I am there.......

Kairav (telling him)-Aarohi ko use door rakhna Abhimanyu.......No matter how sorry Aarohi is......Mai Aarohi aur Akshara ko aab ek ghar mai nai rakhna chahta....Akshu deserves all the happiness......

Abhimanyu (assuring him)-Hum sab milke Aarohi se deal karle ge....

Kairav (chuckling)-I know.....I am grateful ki tum meri behen ki zindagi mai ho......

After Kairav left Abhimanyu sat next to her.So much had she endured Abhimanyu thought....Who could even say that she had suffered so much......Her smile covered any and all of the pain......Abhimanyu kissed her hand.......He knew it would be a task to keep Aarohi away...Suddenly Abhimanyu noticed Aarohi standing right outside.......Neil and Kairav noticed from other side as well......Abhimanyu went outside and closed the door......

Abhimanyu (blocking the door for Aarohi)-Go away from here Dr Aarohi Goenka.....

Aarohi (informing)-She loves you so much you know.......

Abhimanyu (chuckling)-I dont need to know this from you......You stay away from Akshu.....Kaisi behen ho tum....Aapni behen ko itni takleef mai dekh kar bhi kuch nai boli.......you blackmailed my Akshu.....Tumhe kya laga that I would eventually forget Akshu and move on to you....???

Pyaar aisa nai hota Aarohi......I need you to leave right away.....Or I will call security........

Chapter 3

Abhimanyu was working on some files while sitting in Akshara's room.Kairav was sitting besides Akshara.They both were worried on how to handle Aarohi.They had shoed her away when she had came to meet Akshara but once she was discharged how would they handle her was the question.....Akshara was slowly waking up and saw Aarohi sitting outside her room and remembered her poisonous words...

"Tumhari wajah se meri ma ki maut hoi hai"

"I hate you Akshara"

"I wish tum unki jagah mar gayi hoti"

Suddenly Akshara's breathing started to become uneven which the monitor and Abhimanyu immediately picked up.Kairav was confused as to what was happening.He had heard from Mimi that Akshara suffers from panic attacks but he had never with his very own eyes seen her sister suffer in pain......Abhimanyu disconnected the IV quickly and took Akshara in his arms.

Abhimanyu (cupping her face)-Akshu breathe,you need to breathe......please Akshu......Mere liye

Akshara was trying to breathe....Abhimanyu hugged her tightly......Akshara hugged him tightly as if her life depended on her....Kairav was shocked seeing his sister's condition like this.He noticed Aarohi outside and deduced that this was because of her.If their father had been alive he would have died seeing Akshara suffer like that....

Abhimanyu (trying)-Breathe one,two,three.....

Come on again Akshu one,two,three......

Akshara (breathing)-I...am...fine Abhi......

Abhimanyu (angrily)-Ek dum chup.........(giving her glass of water)-Ye lo drink it.....

Akshara drank the water and Abhimanyu heaved a sigh of relief.He and Kairav saw each other.Kairav signaled.Abhimanyu watched outside and saw Aarohi.His blood boiled.He finally realized that Aarohi was the reason for Akshara's panic attacks.The pain she goes through every time she remembers her step-mother's death.....Kairav knew finally what he had to do.He had to keep Aarohi away from Akshara.He had to talk to bade papa about this.They had to do what his Mamu and Mami had suggested years ago......Kairav nodded to Abhimanyu and took off to go to Goenka House along with Aarohi who had protested at first.

Abhimanyu sat with Akshara in his half in his arms.She goes through so much pain every time but still for that sister she had sacrificed her love.He didnt knew what to do about this one-of-a-kind girl he had fallen madly in love with.....Abhimanyu connected her IV'S again and sat next to her holding her hands......

Abhimanyu (kissing her hands)-Do you know tum kitni pagal ho Akshu ? Tum sab kuch karti ho sabke liye even uske liye jiske wajah se tumhe ye panic attacks aate hai.....

Akshara (flabbergasted)-What are you talking about Abhimanyu ? Kiski wajah se ?

Abhimanyu (chuckling)-Zyada bholi banne ki zaroorat nai hai Akshu.....Kairav told me everything about you and Aarohi....

Akshara (sadly)-I am sorry Abhimanyu.I know ki Aarohi tumse pyaar nai karti.Yet maine uski zidd poori karne ke liye tumhare dil itni boori tarah se toda......

Abhimanyu (kissing her on the nose)-Just Abhi....Tumhare liye chahe kuch bhi ho jaye it will always be Abhi...Agar itna hi boora lag raha hai toh wada karo phir kabhi chod ke nai jaogi mujhe...Kabhi aise stunts nai karogi......

Akshara (pouting)-Tumhari toh jaan bachai maine Abhi.Aur tum mujhe hi.....

Abhimanyu (with his hand under her chin)-Ye jaan kis kaam ki agar tumhi nai ho Akshu....

Kairav entered Goenka House with much anger.This was it.Today was it.Here after Akshara will never suffer at the hands of Aarohi again.He will utter the truth which Akshara had made him hide years ago.He was done today.If Sirat would have been alive things would have been different.Maybe she would have told Aarohi the truth.When Kairav entered the House with Aarohi Bade papa was talking to Harshvardhan on the phone something about a tilak of Abhimanyu and Akshara as soon as Akshara recovers properly.Manish Goenka was stunned seeing Kairav this angry........

Manish (stunned)-Kya baat hai Kairav ? What happened ?

Kairav (declaring)-I love Aarohi as sister but she needs to go away from here...

Suwrana (confused)-Lekin aisa kya huva hai beta......

Kairav (angrily)-Aaj iski wajah se Akshara ko hospital mai panic attack aaya tha.Woh toh aacha tha ki Abhimanyu tha warna na jaane kya hota......

Aarohi (almost crying)-Bhai mai sach mai sirf Akshara se milna chahti thi.....I didnt know ke use panic attack aa jayega...She is my sister I just wanted to meet her......

Kairav (angrily)-SHE IS NOT YOUR SISTER....You are not my nor Akshara's sister.You are just Sirat Ma's daughter.Sirat Ma and her ex-huband Ranveer's daughter.Papa tumhe leke aaye the Sirat Ma ke saath......Tumhari jaan par ban aayi thi isiliye mere aur Akshara ke papa tumhe yaha leke aaye the.....Hame kya pata tha ki tumhari wajah se meri behen itne dard mai tadpege.....

Aarohi (looking at AG)-AG ye bhi jhooth bol rahe hai na.........? Please bolo na.......

AG-Nai beta Kairav bilkul sach keh rahe the......

Aarohi (remembering)-Akshara ko pata hai ye......

Kairav (chuckling)-Akshara always knew....Phir bhi woh tumhe utna hi pyaar karti hai....She had always considered you her sister....

I love Aarohi par mai nai chahta ki Aarohi aur Akshara ek chat ke neeche rahe.......Obviously Akshara is not going to leave now......Abhimanyu aur woh ek doosre ke liye baane hai...

Aarohi slumped down.The family she thought was her own,her sister she thought was hers....Akshara always loved her like she was her own blood.The number of time Aarohi might have mentioned Sauteli,Akshara might have hit her in the head for uttering that....Aarohi went to her room and shut the door and slumped on her bed......

Kirti (calling him out)-Kairav beta !!........

Kairav turned around and saw Kirti their aunt standing there.He had informed mami and mamu just after Akshara was admitted.They both loved Akshara immensely and Kairav knew that he could always count on them....Naksh hugged his nephew tightly......Poor boy had been handling everything for so many years....Kartik had left such a big burden on him.....Akshara's responsibility,Aarohi,the family.....His niece Akshara and nephew Kairav had grown up way before their age....While Akshara had grown up with Naksh and Kirti in Cape Town.Kairav had managed everything here.

Kirti (with concern)-Ye sab kya tha Kairav......Akshu theek hai na.........

Kairav (giving her assurance)-Akshu theek hai Mami....Abhimanyu hai uske paas....Mera yaha aana zaroori tha......To finally close the chapter of Aarohi......

Naksh (stunned)-You told her the truth ?

Kairav (nodding)-Ha mere paas aur koi choice nai thi........(turning to Suwarna)-Badi ma please Akshara ka samaan kisi aur room mai shift kar dijiye......She is getting discharged tomorrow and she is not going to live with Aarohi in the same room now........

Suwarna (smiling)-Kartik aur Naira ka kamra ? Woh kaisa rahega.....

Manish (emotionally)-Perfect rahega......

THE NEXT MORNING

Akshara was getting ready ready for going home with the help of Kirti.Kirti had noticed the slight smile on Akshara's face since the moment she had arrived.She thanked the god for bringing the person into Akshara's life......She didnt know Dr Abhimanyu Birla but clearly he was everything for her daughter......She jumped into fire for him.......Kirti chuckled thinking what would have happened if kartik would have alive.....Kirti noticed Abhimanyu standing there trying to come inside but was hesitant....She decided to wait outside so that they could talk........

Abhimanyu thanked the lady who made way for him to go inside......He was smiling just looking at Akshara.She still looked weak but he was just all happy that she was there with him....She was there.She had confessed....And she was just his and nobody else..... .......Akshara suddenly turned around and Abhimanyu caught her quickly.....Akshara shut off her eyes grabbing his shirt....I could get used to it thought Abhimanyu.....He carefully brought Akshara back to her balance........

Abhimanyu (chuckling)-Aag se bachaya par tum girna bhul nai sakti......Tumhara naam na Akshara se badal ke Girja rakh dena chahiye........Kitna girti ho......

Akshara (flaring up)-Mera naam bahut accha ha...Naam badal ne ki zaroorat nai hai....

I can only hope that somehow Aarohi can also be ousted from Akshara's life in the show
