The film wasn't meant to be an artistic masterpiece or a masterclass in movie making. It meant to unravel a largely suppressed dark chapter. And its success lies in the fact that the masses are talking about it...including the senior citizens who don't even watch films regularly.

Regarding some reactions claiming that TKF has divided the country, it's really funny how a religiously motivated genocide and exodus of a community doesn't divide a country...but showing the truth does.
