Guys I think the track is foreshadowing towards

1) aarohi and abhimnayu both went to the hospital in anger. Pakka waha kuch hua hoga dono ke beech

2) aarohi taking car and hitting someone and akshu taking blame. I don't think that's a birla- that's maybe to mislead us. Either ways all dialogues foreshadow towards abhi not letting his akshu being hurt. I don't think they will show birla family member being hurt as it's start of abhira's relationship and they've already reached here with a lot of misunderstandings so all this will the essence. This track will be to show abhi has got akshu's back but he will be mad at her for not thinking about them and saving aarohi.

3) after this his insecurities will come out - he will feel he will lose akshu so for his resassurance he will ask her to marry him right away. Again all dialogues foreshadow towards that..even today abhi's dialogue in mandir that ab seedha phere phir shaadi . He didn't mention about haldi, engagement etccc. He has expressed his desire to marry right away already clear.

So i do think they will get married once before the actual wedding.

But I could be wrong 😃
