This topic was brought up in the parliament AFTER Official Kerala Congress' tweets. No one had blamed anyone really until that point. The movie doesn't mention any names of any political figures but Congress took it upon themselves to blame the BJP and PM Modi addressed it post that. Those tweets were "campaigning to discredit" the film by posting comparisons between KP killed and Muslims killed as if that makes the plight of KP any less.

Frankly neither party should've gotten into the war of words as films are a medium of expression and everyone has their own pov when it comes to art. Freedom of expression is exactly that: everyone has the freedom to express what they want in a way that they want.

This congress weeds must be erased totally 🤢

When I said pace, I meant the pace is same as Congress. BJP is just talking and that is my problem here. The congress also established rehabilitation of Pandits but nothing happened with it. BJP also established the the same program but did not deliver anything in last 7 years. One can have hope for future from them but I would not place my faith in any political party. When they will do it, I will appreaciate them that day.

And, I am so done with this — all parties are same. Politics is bad. Blah blah blah. Koi messiah nahi aane wala. Politics is bad coz good people run away from it. I applaud any and every one who chooses politics as their career. Hum log join karte hai nai bas bethke “ek thali chatte battle” gate rehte hai. That’s escaping.

And couple pages back you said you are happy with Momata Didi. I mean no party is worse than TMC. If people can be happy with TMC, oh trust me, people can be much much happier with BJP. 😆

I said I do not put my faith in political party. That doesnt mean I am not interested in politics or do not applaud people in politics. Everywhere there are good and bad people. I take facts as they are and it is common power dynamics where people in authority misuse power because they want to be in power. So not trusting them blindly is being cautious and vigilant. Else what congress did for so many years, BJP will do same. I vote parties from their previous track not on hope that they will someday do something. I call escaping when you put blind faith in someone because it soothes you in the troubled world, ki ye hamre liye ye gov karrega. But fact is as a citizen you need to be aware, vigilant, demand for better performance, and neveer settle for mediocricity . I prefer to be vigilant over blindly supporting peopel in power.
