Episode starts with Dr Riddesh and Maya visiting kulshresthas. they are greeted by the elders of the family but maya acts pricey and asks them to call her just maya and not behenji or samdhanji.She pretends to be happy meeting kulshresthas guest who have arrived early to attend wedding but is shocked to know that they are all family members and not guests.
She asks to put on the Air Conditioner as she feels hot but BM says they dont have one and she scolds Dr Riddesh as to how can their daughter stay in this house which is so outdated.
Kulshresthas introduce themselves And Maya asks how many members in this fsmily ans is shocked to know 13members( including khushi and ankit đ€Łđ€Ł)and says us this house or dharamshala and asks riddesh are you sure Gg can stay in such a family .Goli bua taunts her,a big family living under one roof is that wrong ?but she replys not wrong but uncomfortable. đ
Maya compares Kulshresthas house to rail ka dibba but BM sweetly says For outsiders maybe rail ka dibba but for family members it is mithai ka dibba.
anu anuj khushi neeti n ankit arrive n they take Dr mayas blessings but she refuses saying this is a outdated .BM says family values are not fashion to be outdated fsmily values can never be outdated.(gadhe ke samne geeta pad rahe the all waste đ)
She asks Anu you are scientist so u might be thinking of shifting abroad but he refuses and says he thinks practically and staying g with his family is more practical for him than thinking about the opportunities abroad .Maya says he is wasting his talent here as his talent has no values in India but he says he wants to stay in India do his best here in India for India.
Bm says we have happiness in our lives and that is enough we dont need any luxuries to be happy.
Maya taunts Riddesh as what family he has chosen for his daughter. Anu feels offended ,he already is but shows clearly now by questioning maya as didn't she like his family for her daughter? She replys sayings she doesn't have to agree with all her husbands decisions as she is a modern independent woman and can take her own decisions.Anu says to maya you havent come to see your daughters sasural but to show who you are.maya again ridicules Riddesh decision of marrying his daughter in outdated family Anu đ smartly replies laptops are updated human evolve and we are evolving everyday .Anu points out rightly to maya people who speak english and wear modern clothes not necessary are modern as their thinking is still outdated .Chavi offers sharbat but Anu warns her this is homestyle sharbat maybe your high class tastebuds wont like it so dont feel.shy to refuse it đ€Ł
Anu and maya have a verbal spat GC adds some spice by doing some lame jokes.Maya gets angry on Riddesh for choosing such a family where her damad is insulting his MIL. But all kulshresthas tell maya we all love gungun n she likes here but anu asks to stop explaing about love and apnapan n taunts maya about her relationship with her daughter and maya gets furious on Anu .đđ.Anu gets angry and decides lo leave but his siblings stop him
Maya is angry ang says she is worried for her daughter after meeting Anu family and wants to gift expensive gifts but Anu refuses them and asks Bhatnagars to reconsider their decision to marry their daughter in Kulshreshtha house.
