My theory of what will happen (jo probably nahi hogi):

Monami will plan the nightmare date with him. Balli would be confused and he'll agree to the blood test, thinking that's what it was about. Monami is even more confused but agrees for it, and then waits for him to propose.

But she'll eventually get frustrated and will say, 'dekho, ab bahut ho gaya. Jaldi karo. Main kabse wait kar rahi hoon' and Balli would be confused. Monami will think he is acting, and will say 'Mujhe Bhabhi ne sab kuchh bata diya hai, ab itna bhi sharmao mat, aur jaldi puchho.' She'll eventually realize that he genuinely has no idea of what's going on and that'll confuse her.

Phir uske baad, she'll get that blood test, and she'll realize some abnormality (most likely the blood group being different). Shayad use lage ki lab reports mein kuchh galat hai, ya koi mistake hai, par she'll think about all the weird moments with her. Toh use shaq ho jayega ki shayad yeh Karan nahi hai and lab reports sahi hain.

She'll watch him like a hawk, and they'll eventually get the confirmation ki yeh Karan nahi hai.

Aisa sa kuchh hoga probably. Nahi, ab maine yeh socha toh probably yeh nahi hoga.
