Oh yeah..I forgot about this book that she'd written after HP series..I didn't read it back then but maybe I should give it a shot now.

My sole reason for picking Cuckoo's Calling was that it was written by Rowling.

I've not watched the miniseries but I want to watch it..Cormoran is not supposed to be conventionally good looking..if he is then that will piss me off 😆 So, good that he's not..let me watch this series and get back to you

Robin and Cormoran are such an unusual combo but they work together so well

Purple stone bhi hota hai, Neelam(Blue Sapphire) ka substitute..

Gemstone's effect is just a psychological thing for me, so I do not believe in it.

I used to wear Pukhraj (yellow sapphire), Moonga (red coral), and Moti (pearl) on my Maama's insistence, but not anymore.

Ring se waise bhi mujhe uljhan hoti hai..

I had a navratna ring. I don't think it did me much good. And on the contrary, I feel life got better when I gave it to my mom for safe keeping. And I haven't seen it for a very long time. 😆

As far as I know, Navratna rings sometimes activate unfavorable planets as well, so they do more harm than good.

It's been a mixed experience for me with the rings. I wore them for about three years, the first year and a half went well, but then things got so bad that my mother took the rings off my hand out of fear.

I still believe it was all psychological. Why should a stone be held responsible for good and bad things happening in life?
