I was just saying this to Roch (gadbad_ghotala) - sometimes the movies just evoke different feels than the book.

Book 5 was Order of the Phoenix right? That's was also my least favorite movie.

The only book I can think of right now where the movie was better than the book is Fight Club. I couldn't get through the book.

Some adaptations don't fit the exact narrative of the book but will fit the mood and I think those work well too.

I think we have to agree to disagree with everything haha because movie 5 of HP is one the well made movie for me and better than the book since it was a bit boring. lmaooo

my fav HP book is the sixth one which the movie spoiled.

Pampering means I'm going to partially agree with you, kiddo - I was disappointed with fifth AND sixth movie adaptations. Half Blood Prince was probably my favorite book of the bunch and the movie did not do it justice.
