Anyone else thinks that it's foreshadowing that Charu-Dhanu wants to kill Monami and Balli is against it?

Like, maybe if Monami knows too much or starts to get suspicious, they order him to kill her or bring her somewhere where they can fake an attack and kill her, and Balli would turn over to their side?

I know he is doing this for Monami but the fact that he brought it up again when Charu was getting irritated about not making the move seemed to highlight it.
