I prefer a hybrid work culture. You work from home for a few days and work from office for a few days when you gotta do meetings, brainstorming etc.

My rapport with my colleagues has suffered ever since we have shifted to Microsoft Teams/Zoom for meetings.

If it's an individual task, of course I prefer WFH where I can do it as per my convenience. But for group tasks, WFO is better.

Doesn't matter.

If you WFO, office becomes your home as workload doesn't let you go and enjoy being at home.

If you WFH, home becomes office and workload doesn't let you enjoy being at home despite 'being at home'.

In short, kahin bhi shaanti nahi hai aur har jagah

I’d prefer WFH because I would get to spend more time with my 5 yo son ❤️

My work can't be done from home so no, i actually like going out to work too because otherwise i won't leave the house much😂😂

Efh is good for most movies, and some deserve the whole experience.

Something I made up. 😆 I can be very social and have the body language of being confident but I have introverted preferences (rather be alone or at home then going to gatherings etc). So many people who meet me would think I’m an extrovert but deep down in my soul, I would have rather called in dead or missing to avoid this interaction. 🥲

I've had to get used to WFH situation, kicking and screaming my way into it.

It's all well and good when you have a partner/family/positive people surrounding you. Least when you're surrounded by inconsiderate buffoons who go outta their way to disturb you. I used to live with 2 people who'd have slanging matches right outside my room, when I'd be in a meeting.

This pandemic is the worst thing that could have happened. I used to live going into work earlier.

Moreover, I miss the human interaction, exchange of ideas flowing, positive energy you get from co-workers.

I find it easy to "Eat the frog" and get shit done at work.

Certainly beats the noise of toilets flushing and pipes making noise just above where I work.

I’m not a fan of wfh

I do it coz of a necessity not choice

I love interacting with co workers…face to face interaction, training, meetings, walkthroughs and handovers just collaboration in general is so much better face to face

U have a nice routine to go out of the house, get lunch in the city with colleagues or even coffee…I like that ..
