Yeah sometimes there is this inertia to make an effort and look for something new but Try to find a new job. Job market is really good everywhere these days. I’m sure you will find a good fit where your work will be appreciated/is rewarding and you enjoy the work. Go VW! ❤️

Start looking for a job ASAP....seriously....because you are going to have a lot of frustration and anxiety and worst lower morale....😒no one should have to take all this shit seriously.
