Didn't Gheriya/Deepu PR publish article that said it made 6.5 million in one day?

Huh am feeling so low and disgusting! Since I saw few ranting am gonna vent out too.

My work place is turning out to be a living hell for me and Idk why I have no courage to leave this sick rotten place. I literally do all the work and zilch credit is given to me! Someone who wasn't even there yesterday and I had to step in do the job - she left without even starting, in half a days time I took care of it and today she gets the credit for it and they just tagged my name in the end. I felt so deprived and insulted. I have also done the same job for over a year and not once was I given credit.... Today when she was there, she was publicly thanked first and then causally tagged my name in the evening end🤢! She got credit for doing nothing. And this whole year the effort I put went to drains, not a single mention.

Unfortunately shit places and ppl like these never get any bad karma....

Also they deduct my salary for going late. Just 2-5 minutes max!

Sounds like a very toxic and unhealthy work environment. Sometimes we stay stuck because we get comfortable in a job. You know the drill, the ins and outs of the job, so it becomes part of your daily routine. Another reason is because the job is convenient (distance wise etc) or you need it for financial support. Moving on or working elsewhere means breaking a habit or routine, which can feel very uncomfortable for most. It also means you have to start again, looking for another job, getting settled in a new work environment and meeting new co-workers and having to establish relationships all over again. Sounds tedious. We’ve all been there.

However, from the way you’ve portrayed things, it’s obvious that your co-workers don’t value or respect your time and input. You can give it your all and it’ll never be enough, because someone else will take the credit for it. I say, look for another job and leave this place high and dry. Also if you can, be assertive about these things. Don’t let them walk all over you. These assholes probably think they can get away with treating you like shit because they don’t expect you to confront them about it. You’re worth more than that. No job is more important than your self worth. Put yourself first and fuck these toxic people off.

Word. Especially the getting accustomed part. Knowing the ins and out. Plus another major plus point for me is its just 10 mins away from my place.

More than the colleagues the management are sick shits! Colleagues toh hote hi hai to pull u down. But the real villian is the management.

When the management itself is the reason behind the toxic work environment, there’s no escaping it. Management is supposed to the supporting backbone but if they’re the ones causing problems, then it’s not worth your mental health working in a place like that. It’ll start to severely impact on your psychological well-being.

Leave before you get further sucked into the wormhole.
