It amazes me how utterly thoughtless and class-less they are. There is such a thing as professional decency. We know Sai is not living in CN, Ayesha is probably shooting separately. Ok granted. But its about acknowledgement. Especially of the lead person. Yes its a team but ultimately its about acknowledging the person/people who are the MVPs. There should be acknowledgement of not just Ayesha but also the PH and director/creative and channel. If you "forget" to do that, then you clearly lack basic courtesy. I have an analogy- in my line of work as a medical professional , if I ever present a case in a conference/publication, its imperative i acknowledge the attending/senior doctor on that case even if he/she had minimal contribution to the actual presentation/writing of the case. Failure to do so is utterly unprofessional.

Mitaali is doing damage control now. These people are always doing this- screw up and then salvage with damage control.

Damage control with what? they are so so delusional. Every time how can they think that they can get away with this? And Vihaan's expressions while Virat was firing him were terrible. I really missed Adish. Such terrible actors and they roam about taking credit.

The whole team lack basic professional etiquettes..Ayesha need not be present in the photo because she is absent.. But she is majorly contributed to the show just like others. Common sense show respect to your colleagues while she is very much part of the team.. Social media is dirty but it also tells a lots about someone's personality..no wonder HR professionals prefers going through applicants SM profiles now a days..

Vihan is a fool need not pay him any attention.. It doesn't matter to Ayesha whether he had tagged or not that's not gonna block the roads to success

Are these guys seriously going to pretend that because Ayesha wasnt physically around, so they cant even credit her in the post by tagging or mentioning. Like really?! It was all about mentioning some people (if absent) credits for their work.

I feel that if Ayesha had not gained such popularity and support, she would have been replaced long back. Unfortunately they cant do that without risking the show completely.

This sort of behaviour only shows their maturity. How professional they are. Highlighting their own internal politics. And this post was less of an acknowledgment and more of a taunt for the comments when the trps dipped. I personally never liked the new Mohit. Neither the acting nor his off screen performance. He is playing smart by tagging along the influential ones.
Also, I feel there is some sort of play around trp as well. I was actually expecting it to go up, because of a certain new show coming up. And the credits being taken by it for creating the hype.
They can’t do such blunders always. Its always a strategy. Alienating co-actors and creating buzz about the show. They already got what they wanted. They riled up the audience and they reciprocated and now the victim card and glycerine tears will start. It all related.

BTW, Ayesha is playing it very smart & we should take a leaf from her book. She got a lot of flak for that group reel. I just noticed the recent cringe reel, she recorded a BTS of all of them getting ready for the reel😆. Neither was she in the reel nor did she share it, but she did record the BTS for them.

Let these things play out. Vihaan is obviously a chamcha. They all forget at some point all shows end. And after that... what happens?
